Flying only enabled in claimed territory

Although I begin to get very frustrated, I think that although we can't fly at all right now there should be a flying in your designated claimed land next map and it should be tried out although several other servers have it I think that bringing this into your personal claimed land would be beneficial to most player(s), and would hope that this would be considered next map. Please feel free to ask me any questions and I hope most of you agree! But to make this clear I think only flying in YOUR claimed land would be the exception

i don't think this would work well since if u are being raided u can just fly away.

I think it is a good idea and I don't think you could fly away if u were being raided because if u were combat tagged you could not fly.
