Looking at the pictures (second picture mainly, with your slots in it and the hand) I can see that the base has many entry paths (1x2 holes) in the wall. I think this is an unclaimed base that has been looted already. Might not be worth it, then again it could be multiple layers but... someone kind of mined into it.

If you don't know who owns it because it doesn't show up on /f map then its unclaimed and probably looted.
