High tier drugs would basically be potions with many good/bad effects. High tier drugs would have to be made with a brewing stand/stove and you would use drugs that you got to make them. They would require formulas that you would unlock as you rank up. For example steroids would be made with cocaine and Meth. It would have strength 2 and speed 2 But to make it this way you would need to be a certain rank.
