Thanks for the report.
The best thing to do in this situation is to '/ignore' the user(s) who may be tpa spamming you. From the screenshots you recently provided, I cannot see any user excessively tpa spamming as a couple of the players are sending the requests near the same time which looks like they are spamming it.

Eh, they were doing that continually. I told killah and he said to report. It's cool though, I killed them when they tried to tpa trap.
