Resolved IToxicFrog /msg abuse to me

If someone is saying rude things in /msg we have the command /ignore and it will block all contact with them.

As discussed with you in game, Scamming is allowed. I checked the logs and saw that iToxicFrog is doing nothing that would of resulted in a punishment. As Killer mentioned above, in future circumstances use /ignore to personally moderate who may be able to message you.
