Kicking Is Becoming Too Much

Now I get the purpose of why the are kicking me.... but this is getting to be a little much. I just want to run my auto farms, but cant do so with staff banning me so often... especially when I'm not at my computer. Can we calm down on it? Or can we have a way where a person who has been checked that day not be able to get checked again? I just wanna afk... but that hasn't been possible lately.... and I know this is happening to others...
