KushDoggy should be banned

All he does is troll. He literally does nothing productive on the server. It seems like his main goal is to piss people off, most of the time and I think he should be banned. He literally has no intention to play on the server. Do you guys think Kush should never be able to come back to this fucking server ever again? He's already been perm banned before and he should not have been unbanned.
