Describe your issue in detail : so i was going to sell 330 items worth of drugs and i knew a cop was out on the loose so i took the sewers and came out of a toilet and for some reason i got frisked and he was not around so he showed up at the police station so i think that hes hacking because he was not invis nor was he near the toilet.
Why do you feel this is worth a report : Because i feel he is hacking.

well i had no evidence i just know it was him because i saw the message

He could have easily frisked you while you couldn't see him, then teleported to the police station.
