I logged onto the server from pickaxechat and was cuffed and flagged as a bot by some auto system, how can I get this fixed?

This is a new system we have in place to deal with bots. You have to do a captcha to get on when we enable it. So if you log on with this app when we have it enabled you will be flagged as a bot. To get uncuffed you will need to make a ticket for a admin to uncuff you
