New Jail Time Proposal

Currently on Mcdrugs the Jail time is set to be 3 minutes, which seems reasonable, but can become long if a player get jailed multiple times. Jail really just prevents players who are actively trying to play on the server from doing so by having to wait a set amount of time before they can play. The main punishment of being sent to jail is losing the inventory of drugs that has taken forever to farm. Lowering the jail time would make Drug sellers happy b/c of the decrease in wait time, while also making the cops happy, giving them the ability to catch these clumsy drug lords quicker... So my proposal is that by decreasing the jail time there would be an increase in enjoyment of the server all around. Even a decrease from 3 minutes - 2 minutes would make a difference in how long the wait can seem... Opinions?
