I didn't quite know where to post this so I thought here would be the best location. before the reset I was a mass producer (not expecting to get this rank back, but if I can cool.) and I also was a VIP. With this being said is there any way I could regain my VIP rank or is that gone forever.

The point of the map reset was for everyone to start fresh, so the Mass Producer you'll have to earn back. As for the VIP, this can be obtained again, just have a higher staff member deal with it, like @jrd3044 .
