Premium isn't showing up when I vote

I bought the 3 month subscription after my month by month subscription wouldn't give me premium for voting. The 3 month subscription transaction:

I have voted 15 times at least since buying it, and it never showed up as me being a premium member. That is 15 voter keys lost
