Pull back / anti-cheat malfunction?

So heres my problem, I spend most of the time running in the wild looking for raids but I have this issue that when I just I either get stuck in mid air or pulled back and the same for parkour.

I am using version 1.9 optfinie and I have very fast connection but it deos not help
so I think its a problem in the server and maybe its just the anti cheat thats broken

I think it's minecraft itself.

This can either Be Minecraft lagg issues or server lagg issues who can Trigger the anti-hack system making you 'freeze' in mid air or Be teleported back. If you feel the problem is really bad and it is getting really anoying, contact An higher staff member in staff when it happen. They can then take a look at wheter there is server lag or other problems and. Trie to find a solution for you.
