I had Legacy VIP last map. I had access to /feed, I had 5 homes and access to VIP kits.
I did the rankreturn last map and it gave me non-legacy VIP this map. I know the kits are messed up right now but I just wanted to let you know I don't have legacy VIP right now.

I also did the /lobby rankreturn and all that and nothing happened.

Update: legacy VIP is now available and has been transferred correctly.
