Describe your issue in detail : We were raiding his base and he thought that we got in "Illegally" because of this he thought that it was okay to combat log, when players combat log they do not loose power meaning it is harder for us to over claim them.
Why do you feel this is worth a report : A rule is a rule and if it is broken consequences should be delivered.
