I invited Sourtoes to my faction and was talking to him about his base when he shared his screen and had player tracking active as well as a box with dozens of other hacks on his screen. He also said that there was a skeleton walking around and dig down straight to another cave and killed it. I believe he was using x-ray as well when he did this.
