I noticed that there are houses around spawn that are available for players to purchase. From what I was able to gather, these houses offer no advantages or perks/customization to the player other than a sign out from with their name (Maybe I’m wrong?). Instead, I suggest that lots of empty land be available to purchase by players. These lots could be built to the players liking, by the player. Different plots depending on location and size could vary in price. My second suggestion would be apartment buildings where players could rent out units for a month at a time. These units would be initially empty until a player rents one. Please respond with any questions or feedback you may have.

The houses in spawn are only for Cops on the server, and allow cops to brew alcohol which only they are allowed to make. I do not see any of what you suggested being implemented as I am sure the owners are content with what has already been added into spawn for players to use as a "house".

If people can build whatever they want in spawn that would make spawn look absolutely horrendous

The idea would be to incorporate the housing plots in a way that was not as "horrendous". Kind of like what has been done with the shops. But I do see your point of view.

This has been suggested multiple times before and will not be implemented as we are happy with the system in place currently.
