Invalid Staff and Player Report

Describe your issue in detail : First off in the DopamineFeen channel zorb posted a grab-ip link for ME to click. Though since I'm not a total idiot I didn't click it, but Zie did. When zie found out it was a ip grabber link and not a link that downloaded child porn onto his computer he was relieved. Though then zorb threatened to actually put child porn on his computer. He then DOXed Zie and started naming what he used and his longitude and latitude. From there as a joke I put my own ip-grabber link in there and I got banned from ts3 and Minecraft when zorb did not. I don't think the a staff member with such a role should be that biased, and she even said, "Hey while you're banned fix the way you talk." Because I have a speach impediment where I can't say my R's right.
Why do you feel this is worth a report : Staff being biased and disrespectful. And player not getting banned when he should of.
Attached Evidence here : N/A all while talking, but there were about 8 people in the channel and Zie was the one who wasn't afk at all during it.

I accept my ban and what I did, but I think it's un-acceptable for a staff with such high stature to be biased and disrespectful just because I can't control how I say my R's. Trust me I'm in many classes dank.

Alrighty here.
Zorbken posted an IP Grabber to show us what it looked like, not intending to directly get someones IP, Like you had with Ace, whom was in a different channel. Zorbken also told everyone not to click on it. Zorbken was obviously joking with everyone in the teamspeak. You then left into Ace's room, gave him the IP Grabber link, and intended to get his ip from it. You came back to our room to brag about getting aces IP, yet tried to blame Zorbken and Zie for getting it. Zorbken also put random numbers as the longitude and latitude. Therefore, I am not being biased.

Okay before you even came into the channel we was all talking about it and I posted that link to show them what links not to click my dude and yes zie did click the link and I made a joke about child porn being everywhere because before I posted the link I told everyone not to click on the link and he said okay I wont then went and clicked the link then you made one and en to aces channel and got ace to click it and came back to dopes channel bragging how you got aces ip my dude I was educating them and showing them links if they saw one like that not to click it

He specifically said for NO ONE to click it, as we wanted to see what they could look like so we could avoid them in the future. You then decide to go down into the channel with (I believe) ace and candy and posted the link. You come back and tell us that Ace had clicked the link and you had his IP. I'm mostly on the same boat as everyone else in this situation but I can see where Ajacx is coming from, though as I wasn't there or anything, I have no right to comment further.

Although...

This, if said, shouldn't of been said even if it wasn't said in public chat. This hits home to me because I have the exact same problem, I can't say my R's and L's correctly so I feel like this can offend people including my self. Although I don't care when people make 'fun' of me for it, I really don't care at all, but when its really meant to be offensive, it's not right.

Although it was completely uncalled for, you must understand the nature of the situation. We've experienced many dickheads on the server who put all their time into trying to find the IPs and DDOSing staff members. The staff that dealt with this situation could not have known Ajacx's intent. As many of our staff have been DDOSd by whiney children in the past, which is pretty shitty, it's completely reasonable for them to get angry at the person. Ajacx should not have been trying to get peoples' IPs if he couldn't handle a couple of mean words his way.

I agree. DDos threats or anything related is serious and wrong, and the punishment given was correct.

However, what baffles me and doesn't seem to have been brought up by the people in the situation, is the speech impediment. Don't want the be seen as a pussy, but when you're a mod and you say that to someone while handling a serious matter, it does give a sense of "unprofessional-ism" if you know what I mean, especially if you're representing how the server should act. A player saying that, is different, but a staff member...?

Sometimes just being banned "professionally" won't prevent the person from doing something like this again. In my opinion, they need to learn to associate acting like a jackass with being treated like a jackass.
