TNT Cannon Fix needed badly

I feel that a plugin to fix 1.8 TNT is necessary so that it is actually possible to cannon a base with multiple wraps on MCD. Without something like this it is genuinely possible to make an unraidable base, something that I feel should not be possible on a factions server as every base should be raidable.
