Describe your issue in detail : He was attempting to place drugs on the ground so players would pick them up. He deliberately did this to me and CornOnTheCobb so I pretended to be AFK so he would do it again.
Why do you feel this is worth a report : It goes against Rule #6 listed in Police Rules.
