Describe your issue in detail : His F11 shop says that he is selling boss souls, both in the sign at the front and the item frame. But his shop sign sells only Magma Cream. I brought five and clicked too quickly to see.
Why do you feel this is worth a report : From my experience and understanding, you can not scam like this.
