Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Nature of ban(ie, mine craft temp banned or TS3 perm ban) : x-ray
Staff who banned you : noodlyapendage
Staff who dealt with you : no one agian
Staff who have warned you previously : no one
Reason for ban on record : x-ray again.....
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : Okay well hi again. this is kind of getting annoying. i just got unbanned and now im on for 2 hours and get banned agian. i got teleported into the base.....
Why what is your explanation of this reason? I got teleported in while the base was being built earlier
Why should we unban you? because once again i did not fucking xray...
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? none
How can we trust you again? i didnt do anything once again
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? nothing just done
