These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : Its a valid ban.
What is your explanation of this reason? I was using farm hacks. i shouldve just focused on auto farms and i shouldnt have used hacks.
Why should we unban you? I love this server and I swear to not hack anymore.
I havent even been playing minecraft, because I only liked this server.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? Ill delete my client.
How can we trust you again? I only play minecraft; to play on this server.
