Rank: VIP+
Estimated Date of Purchase: It's been years for sure, can't exactly remember
Have you tried /ranktransfer?: yes I have, with little success :/

If this hasn't been sorted out -

I can confirm for another admin to approve for the VIP+ rank to be given.
I'm not currently able to join the server, but if you show an admin this response they will provide your rank.

Looks like someone has returned your rank. You can type /donorprefix help in-game if you would like to use your prefix in chat.
