Staff who dealt with you : 2 Admins and 1 mod I talked with before the ban are parcheesi15, NovaSeepa, and the mod is GlucoseDaddy. Who was the leader of the faction that we raided.
Staff who have warned you previously : None, SoR (our faction) is completely new to this server (minus Queensas).

Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : Honestly to be truly honest im thinking either yall were bias or just like banning. This was pure chance. Why the hell would we xray a base right next to us. :/.
What is your explanation of this reason? No idea, maybe because Miko happened to just mine straight forwards and find a base? (Its called strip mining ye know).
Why should we unban you? Alright, so long story short our faction set up our first base and it just happened to be RIGHT next to conquest's vault. Miko (the supposed "xrayer") found it by mining around in cave systems. How thats xray is beyond me. Me, Queensas, and Miko all worked hard with staff to prove we were not cheating. We have talked to 3-4 staff. Then this random admin who we never talked to comes on and bans us, (all 3 of us) for something we have been very clear was not xray. We build so close to their base you can see names. (we say cthan jumping around from our base after when we raided them.)
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I have been very clear to staff and my members that any exploiting will not be tolerated in SoR. We have a very long history and I will not spoil that with exploits.
How can we trust you again? I have worked with multiple different staff on this issue. If we get solid proof Miko exploited then we will accept the 7 week ban on her. But so far you have shown us no proof, all I see is personal bias here due to us raiding a big faction on the server.
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? Look im going to be blunt about this, Im pissed.
We worked very hard with staff to prove our innocence in this matter, and yet you banned our members. Our faction will not wait another week to just play on your server. We will move on to other servers. Im not going to waste my winter break on your server because you thought it was unfair we got lucky. This ban pure and simple is baseless claims and bias. If you can come up with real proof of miko xraying then sure, I'll ban her from the faction and move on.
So 3 options:
- If miko is exploiting then we ban her from our faction and you guys unban sass and me (Cause we have no knowledge of anyone in our faction exploiting)
- Unban all 3 of us if no solid proof is available
- Keep the ban on us and our faction will move on to more fruitful servers. :|.
