These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : because I got banned for donating
What is your explanation of this reason? I just bought something to help out the server and I got banned
Why should we unban you? because I donated and that is no reason to get banned
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I guess I won't Donte again
How can we trust you again? because I donated and that's how I got banned
