Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Nature of ban(ie, mine craft temp banned or TS3 perm ban) :
Staff who banned you : console
Staff who dealt with you : no one
Staff who have warned you previously : no one
Reason for ban on record : COMBAT LOGGING OFF (I didn't mean to combat log It is just because the game kicked me)
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : False combat logging
What is your explanation of this reason? I don't the console banned me
Why should we unban you? Because I am a good boy and got disconnected because I have bad connection to server (because I am in OCE)
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? Let the person kill me afterwards
How can we trust you again? Because it is not intentional
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? Please consider that it was not my fault
