These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Reason for ban on record : Farming as a cop
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : farming as a cop for a short amount of time.
What is your explanation of this reason? farming as a cop for a short amount of time because i forgot i wasn't allowed to farm.
Why should we unban you? i forgot and i wont do it again i promise
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? i will never farm as a cop again and pls take the ability of me until im not a cop
How can we trust you again? take the ability of me until im not a cop
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? pls unban then take the ability to farm away from me
