Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Nature of ban(ie, mine craft temp banned or TS3 perm ban) : Perm banned
Staff who banned you : Goodchum
Staff who dealt with you : ? Goodchum
Staff who have warned you previously : None
Reason for ban on record : Alt of x-ray account (indecent_xposure)
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : They thought it was an alt
What is your explanation of this reason? I was using my friends acc after just joining and I used x-ray, then I took it too far and went for the bait. But, I kept wanting to play with friends, so I got on a friend that was out of towns account and used it to play but was immediately perm banned.
Why should we unban you? Just unban Nivag23 because it wasn't an alt I just misused his account and he didn't do anything.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I will never x-ray again and uninstall it and also tell my friend and erase his account info.
How can we trust you again? I was new and didn't realise x-ray was a big idea and I can even send screenshots of anything that can prove I won't do anything again.
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? Sorry m8
