Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Reason for ban on record : Alt of AnabolicalJr
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : I have no idea it was a false ban. I looked in the records and AnabolicalJr was banned for speed hack. I think he got confused.
What is your explanation of this reason? He banned Anabolical and he thought i was trying to evade a ban. So he banned me.
Why should we unban you? Because it was a false ban.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I won't attempt to evade a ban.
How can we trust you again? By knowing that I am not AnabolicalJr.
