Describe your issue in detail : Was camping above the drug store as cops do, and right when I passed under him, invis with speed, very fast reaction times.
Why do you feel this is worth a report : its unfair to be able to do this

Yeah, either he was spamming his hit and you didn’t hear it, or he’s def hacking.

Apologies for the late response to your report. This is not enough evidence that there was any wrongdoing on the part of the player. If this is more an issue with the layout of the drug selling routes then in the future you can make a post in the suggestions section of the forums.
