If you recently changed your name, try signing out of your account in the minecraft launcher then signing back in.

If that isn’t the case, you need to have a premium minecraft account. If you don’t, you wont be able to join the server.

If all of that doesn’t work and you have a premium account, try joining on version 1.13.2 to the numeric ip 66.70.180.113
