Resolved I had VIP+ before the wipe

I bought VIP back on 12/24/15 and then went up to VIP+ in February. I got these ranks from points back on the old enjin site. The proof I have right now are some emails saying 'Thank you for your purchase' as confirmation that I had gotten the ranks.

I could forward the emails and show my enjin account if needed.

Please forward the transaction id to an owner on the website and they will be able to fix this for you

If you can get on the server, I, or another Admin can give you your rank, as I'm 100% sure you had it.
