Describe your issue in detail : Juanito has been private messaging me for the past few days with stupid ass messages, while I tell him to stop, he continues to go every day. He said something that kind of went out of line today.
Why do you feel this is worth a report : Juanito is already muted for a reason, but he seems to find a way to still harass people through PMs. I also can't do anything about it because /ignore does not work.
