Keep getting kicked as I try to join for the first time

and this is my first time joining the server from what I recall and it says that my IP address is blocked but I am using a college wifi.

If it is on a VPN then you will need to log on from a home computer or an internet connection not using a VPN

its not a VPN im on the wifi my dorm provides at school and im hard wired
