I think those are just a pair of dyed leather boots that were renamed. The letters are italicized.

Hello,
It is not against the rules to sell blue leather armour. Cops can't take their armour off whilst on duty so this wouldn't of been real cop armour. As mentioned above, the armour has probably been renamed with an anvil so that is why the name of the item is italic. Furthermore, the real cop armour isn't called Officer Uniform. If someone buys the armour and wears it in spawn, they will be punished.
I am going to make this report Invalid.
