After speaking to your factions, they told me they received 20-25 spawners from you
Obviously this brought up suspicion so I watched you for a while, after 5-10minutes of watching you, you mined directly down to an abandoned mineshaft then proceeded to mine directly towards the spawner that was there (before mobs had spawned) then I banned you as I saw this enough evidence of the xray
I'll let my admin @ThaCandyMan decide if this was enough proof for the ban, or if you should be unbanned
