Describe your issue in detail : Someone stated that OllyKills was planting drugs on them to frisk them, checked it out. First time he did it I only got crappy screenshots, but second time I've got a video (apologies for the music on it)
Why do you feel this is worth a report : against the rules, and it's annoying for other players to deal with
