Invalid Questionable player shop practices

Describe your issue in detail : BoarsSin advertised that points were available for purchase from his shop in a way to make a player believe they were available at a certain price.
Why do you feel this is worth a report : It's intentionally misleading, meant to scam players out of money via player shops. Just having the shop sign isn't an issue in my opinion, but advertising it in chat in the way he did feels wrong.
