Recovering traded MCMMO levels.

Is there anyway I can recover the 300 alchemy levels I traded to my friend before mcmmo trading was disabled? Since it was disabled with no warning he had no way to trade the levels back to me. The levels were traded to him originally so he could grind out haste II pots for a few hours and then return the levels to me.
