Rule Update : Advertisements in chat

Personal advertisements in chat must no longer use any special characters.
Special characters are allowed to be used in /ad.

The only acceptable characters for in chat advertisements are Letters, Commas or Fullstops. (Colons are allowed ":" only for the format of "Buying: T1 Keys 10k" etc"

The previous clarification on the staff meeting change log still applies.

Personal Advertising in Chat:
If you have a personal advertisement for a shop or a copy/paste about buying/selling specific items or services you must not send this in chat more than once every 5 minutes. You can be muted for sending the same advertisement twice in one go. Messages through /advert do not apply to this rule.
