I believe having the Travelling Dealer sell at the same price as the prison discourages players from using it at all. i understand the prison is dangerous for PVP but a simple invis pot practically solves that problem, let alone the full netherite's that come to the rescues as soon as a drug mule is killed. My idea is simple. make it so there is a 15% chance of having the travelling dealer spawn worth more than the prison. so like 25% drug selling increase. you could have the TD spawn in the prison for this event or, just keep it random with its spawning, but have a chance of it having a higher price. I believe this would encourage more people to use the TD.

Traveling dealer is still used, Probably not as much at prison but it is still used
