Don't let anyone who's not invited into bases your allowed in(instant kick)
If you have problem with another faction member don't be hateful sort it out peacefully.
If you are banned you are kicked from the faction.
If you are inactive for over a week without notice you are demoted a rank.

The faction recruitment system works like this you apply by forums or discord we invite you to the sub faction if you want to become a member in empire you must be active and have discord VC(or be in a fac for a shit ton of time) be in the faction for a minium of 3 days be grower or detective and generally being trustworthy nice and worth being member then if you are member you can do /f home if you are recruit you cannot.
