Player Shops

Overview
Player Shops are regions in spawn that players can rent to buy and sell items. There are a limited number of shops available, and players who own them must follow the shop rules in order to maintain access to their shop. Shops can only be rented up to 7 days in advance, so players must remember to keep up on the rent.
Rules
General rules for shop owners can be found in-game with /shoprules. Once you acquire a shop you have up to 24 hours to set it up.
- Storing items in your shop chests without an appropriate sell sign is not allowed under any circumstances.
- If you are removing the previous owners items do not transfer them to new chests and log off. Add new signs or remove them completely to avoid misunderstandings/getting banned for shop storage.
- Shops must be selling 3 different items minimum, and be restocked fairly regularly.
- Seeds and druglab materials that do not appear in /drugs can be sold in shops (The exception to this rule is fire-cured tobacco, which is not allowed to be sold).
- Once your shop is set up it must be accessible at all times. Do not wall off your shop, or build it in a way that can cause a player to get stuck inside it.
- Scamming or other tricks in shops are not allowed. Items sold cannot be intentionally misleading about their use or affect, whether that is by their name or how they are advertised.
- The use of redstone in shops except for lighting or decoration is not allowed. Please get approval from an admin before building any other redstone machines in your shop.
- Shop decorations must stay within your shop region (the area you can build in), including but not limited to beacon trails, water and lava.
- Abusing the build region in your shop in any way will result in a ban and the loss of your shop.
