Supply Drops

Supply Drops are a PvP event that occurs in the Wild world. It is an enderchest that appears at a randomly selected location from a set of locations in the /warp wild PvP warzone area. Supply drops are filled with loot, but they begin locked, and take time to unlock, so they must be defended for a set amount of time.

Securing a Supply Drop

Locked Stage

Each supply drop will appear somewhere in the Wild warzone. The general location of the supply drop is announced in chat. The supply drop begins in a locked stage, and a player must find it and begin the unlocking process by right-clicking the enderchest.

Unlocking Stage

Once a player right-clicks the supply drop and begins the unlocking process, the exact coordinates of the supply drop are announced in chat, and a 5-minute unlocking countdown begins, visible above the supply drop.

During the unlocking stage, invisible players that are near the supply drop are "tagged" with the glowing effect for 10 seconds, every 30 seconds.

The supply drop will remaing locked until the countdown reaches zero. Once it reaches zero, the supply drop is unlocked.

Unlocked Stage

Once the supply drop countdown reaches zero, the supply drop becomes unlocked. Any player can now right-click the supply to open it.

Opened Stage

When the unlocked supply drop is opened, the supply drop is removed, and the loot spawns around it. Each piece of loot drops in a random location in a 9x9 square around the supply drop. The common loot items will drop first, and the rarer items last.
