    New Jail Time Proposal

    Currently on Mcdrugs the Jail time is set to be 3 minutes, which seems reasonable, but can become long if a player get jailed multiple times. Jail really just prevents players who are actively trying to play on the server from doing so by having to wait a set amount of time before they can play...
