Another suggestion is to not allow the use of /afk when someone is muted, as I have seen many cases where players just spam the command and Helpers have no control over it.

Helper's do have access to /kick, this normally makes that muted player stop spamming. If the player carries on to spam /afk or /duty, try to notify a higher member of staff.

I understand that and it does work in some cases, but there have been situations where the player just comes back on and does the same thing until banned or physically not able to continue.

You should be able to find a staff member on team speak to resolve the issue if it happens
