Describe your issue in detail : Well Maybe the stalking part isnt against the rules but this guy keeps following me, distracting me and spamming me with small amounts of money, $1, $.1 $0.01 etc.
Why do you feel this is worth a report : Because I know spamming is against the rules and he has done that but idk what you see is worth punishment here but no point in NOT reporting
