These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Reason for ban on record : Accomplice to X-raying
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : Apparently I was permanently banned for accomplice to x-raying, which you cant even xray on the server anyway.
What is your explanation of this reason? I guess someone in my faction attempted to x-ray
Why should we unban you? Because I should not be permanently kicked off a server because someone who is remotely affiliated with me attempted to x-ray
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? Tell him not to x-ray
How can we trust you again? because I will not affiliate with people who xray
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? honestly what harm did i really cause by being affiliated with someone who xrays. it would be great if you would remove the permanent ban because i really did not do anything that is worth such a consequence.
