Denied Ban appeal for bro124

I was banned for 5 days for "hacking" ( I saw a name tag )
I was sailing the sea and I saw a nametag so I dug down and it was Zaps base and after I started to raid it maybe 15 minutes later I was banned. I think this ban was unfair.
If you have any proof of my "hacking" please send it to me via email or thread
